Chesney's primary yacht is the Gypsea, an 86-foot Riva Domino built in 2012 and refitted in 2022 ⁴. The vessel is US-flagged with MMSI 338239318, features a London Grey hull with Moon Grey superstructure, and was previously named Vibe Room before Chesney acquired and renamed it ⁴. A Facebook post from Global Yacht Detailing Inc, a Miami-based marine service company, directly tagged Chesney as the owner ⁴. As of March 2026, the Gypsea was listed for sale at EUR 4.495 million through RU Yachts ⁴.

Chesney has owned a succession of vessels over a two-decade period. His first boat, the Hey Now, was a Sea Ray acquired around 2001 that he credited with launching his island lifestyle ⁸. He subsequently owned a 45-foot Sea Ray named 6th Gear, which appeared in his 2002 music video for "No Shirt, No Shoes, No Problem" and was later sold to a charter company in the USVI, where it operates as Take It Easy out of Saga Haven Marina on St. Thomas ⁸. Additional vessels included 56-foot and 60-foot Sea Ray Express Cruisers and a 63-foot Riva Virtus, the latter confirmed in a February 2017 sighting off Fort Lauderdale ⁸.

Chesney's aircraft is a 1997 Dassault Falcon 900EX (serial number 14), a tri-engine jet with 21 seats registered as N7KC ³. The N-number combines his high school football jersey number (7) with his initials (KC) ³. The aircraft is held by Falcon 200 Inc, a Tennessee corporation formed June 3, 2005, named after his original jet, a 1983 Dassault Falcon 200 ³. The Falcon 900EX was acquired from American International Group (AIG) in February 2009 and re-registered under the N7KC tail number in May 2009 ³.

Chesney has maintained a residential presence on St. John, USVI, since the early 2000s, owning multiple properties on the island ⁵. His holdings have included the Stoneridge estate at Susannaberg, a 7-bedroom, 10,600-square-foot property overlooking Caneel Bay that was listed at $14 million ⁵. He purchased a home at Estate Peter Bay for $3.3 million in 2003, later selling it for $4.4 million ⁵.
