Epstein arranged medical treatment at Assaf Harofe Medical Center in Israel for Sultan Bin Sulayem's entire family: Sultan himself, his wife Istiqama Reimi, children Shamsa and Rashid, and nurse Jem Genorilla. Sultan Bin Sulayem directly emailed Fettah Tamince (Rixos Hotels Chairman) to arrange for Epstein's personal masseuse to work as trainee at Rixos Antalya spa (Jun 5, 2017, EFTA02387318). Sultan: She works as the personal masseuse at the private Spa of our friend Jeffery Epstien. I would appreciate if you can arrange for her to work as a trainee at Rixos Antalia spa. Tamince: Dear sultan I will make sure asap. The woman sent Russian passport and said I m ready to go as soon as possible. This directly links Sulayem and Tamince through Epstein's women-placement pipeline, with Sulayem acting as intermediary to Tamince's hotel infrastructure.

Sulayem ghostwrote letter to Lord Mandelson through Epstein (Nov 2009). As DP World Chairman, Sulayem sent formal letter to Lord Mandelson (UK Business Secretary) seeking UK government financial guarantees for London Gateway Port project (672M pounds first phase) ahead of Sheikh Mohammed state visit. Epstein received draft first. Sulayem also paneled alongside Mandelson at SPIEF 2015. March 2018: Epstein invited Sulayem to dinner with Bannon and Barak at 9 E 71st St.

Sulayem contacted Ehud Barak directly, referencing introduction by Epstein: 'Dear Ehud, This is Sultan bin sulayem we were introduced by Jeffrey and we met at the St Petersburg forum a few times first of all I want to thank you for your help with our visa I am in Tell Aviv since July 3rd.' Demonstrates Epstein as UAE-Israel connector. Barak facilitated Israeli visa for a senior UAE official.

SS at SPIEF 2015 identified as Sultan Bin Sulayem. Barak's email to Epstein titled 'Fwd: Touch Base SS' (EFTA02340108) addresses recipient as 'Khadrat El Sultan' (Arabic honorific). Barak met with Sulayem at SPIEF June 18-20, 2015, with Epstein arranging the meeting. Barak's SPIEF report separately mentions 'Sergey' (Belyakov, SPIEF organizer) and 'SS' who expressed interest in actual cooperation.

Barak's SPIEF 2015 report to Epstein reveals high-level Russian state meetings arranged through Epstein: CBR Governor Nabiulina, FM Lavrov, former FM Kudrin, VTB chief Kostin, Sberbank chief Gref. Epstein described as connective tissue between UAE-Dubai and Israeli establishment.

Sultan Bin Sulayem confirmed as PEP (Politically Exposed Person) in OpenSanctions database (Wikidata Q7636620). Born 1955, Emirate of Dubai, UAE citizenship, Temple University education. Chairman/Group CEO of DP World (Dubai state-owned port operator). His PEP status means Epstein's relationships with him carried enhanced regulatory risk and due diligence obligations for any financial institution involved. Deutsche Bank's failure to flag Sulayem connections in Epstein accounts is a compliance gap.

Epstein ordered 30 23andMe Ancestry Personal Genetic Service kits (total 3151.95 USD) for Sulayem, billed under the name James Miller with PayPal. The kits were sent to a UAE address. Sulayem requested all 30 kits be registered under one name. This is consistent with Epstein collecting genetic/biological data on associates and their families.

Epstein ghostwrote a letter from Sultan Bin Sulayem to UK Secretary of State Lord Mandelson regarding DP World London Gateway Port, an 800M GBP project. Sulayem sent the draft to Epstein saying 'I am sending this to Peter in the next 20 mnts.' Epstein functioned as Sulayem's political advisor and door-opener to British government.
